1. Services
We provide web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, social media marketing, and custom software solutions. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, quotation, or service agreement signed by both parties.
2. Project Engagement
- All projects begin only after mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing.
- Any change in scope requested after project commencement may affect timeline and cost, and will be communicated before proceeding.
- Client-provided content, credentials, and assets must be accurate and provided in a timely manner to avoid delays.
3. Payments
- Payment terms (advance, milestone-based, or full payment) are agreed upon before project commencement and specified in the project quotation/invoice.
- Work delivery, source files, and hosting/domain access may be withheld until outstanding payments are cleared.
- Late payments may attract a delay in project delivery or support.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables (code, design files) is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and approvals. Delays on the client's part may extend the agreed project timeline accordingly.
6. Warranties & Limitations
We strive to deliver high-quality, bug-free work. We offer a reasonable post-delivery support window (as agreed per project) for fixing defects that existed at the time of delivery. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or unauthorized modifications made by the client or a third party after delivery.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
8. Career Applications
By submitting a job application through our Career page, you consent to us storing and reviewing your details and resume for recruitment purposes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in West Bengal having jurisdiction over any disputes.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
