Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Swapnolipi Technologies, including web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, social media marketing, and custom software projects. As our services are custom, time, and labor-based (not physical products), refunds are handled as described below.

1. Advance / Booking Amount

The initial advance paid to confirm and begin a project is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers project planning, resource allocation, and initial development effort.

2. Milestone-Based Projects

• For projects billed in milestones, payment for each completed and approved milestone is non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled mid-way by the client, payment already made for completed work will not be refunded; work not yet started will not be billed.

3. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel a project after work has begun, please notify us in writing. You will be billed only for the work completed up to the cancellation date; any remaining unbilled advance (for work not yet started) may be refunded at our discretion within 15 business days.

4. Cancellation or Delay by Us

In the rare case that we are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to reasons attributable to us, a partial or full refund (for undelivered work only) will be issued within 15 business days of mutual agreement.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domain registration, hosting, premium plugins/themes, paid ad spend, stock assets, API/licensing fees).
• Work that has been delivered, approved, and accepted by the client.
• Digital marketing / social media management retainers for the period already serviced.

6. Revisions vs. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a delivered output that falls within the originally agreed scope, we will first work with you through reasonable revisions to meet the agreed requirements, rather than issuing a refund.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with your project/invoice details and the reason for the request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
